How to prepare for a spirit session
Start by setting an intention. Finish by staying open.
Maybe you know who you want to connect with? Maybe you don't. So think about how you want to feel after the session. Happier? Clearer? Calmer? If there is someone that you are longing to connect with, start thinking about them as soon as you book your session.
I tend to channel spirit guides. They are loving and direct. They always offer a clear path to back to a state of love.
Be good to your body.
Try to eat healthy foods and refrain from the use of substances (alcohol/drugs) at least 48 hours prior to your session. If you're taking medication, please continue to do so. Healthy foods provide your body with the energy it needs. Drugs and alcohol depress the flow of energy in you and cloud up, well, just about everything.
Drink plenty of water.
It's a good idea to water down before your session begins. Water cleanses your body creating a smooth channel. When you're hydrated it's easy for the energy to flow easily throughout your energy field and your body.
Whatever you plan to do, plan to relax.
Spirit sessions are really open, loving conversations. The more relaxed you are the easier it will be to enjoy every second of your session. It's important to arrive with an open mind. If you don't believe that you can connect with spirit, please don't even book a session because it will be a waste of time for all involved.
Before we start your session I will share with you how I channel and I'll give you just a few instructions to help the conversation stay in the flow. It's important to not bring a number of expectations with you because Spirit is full of lovely surprises. All sessions are intensely healing (in a good way). I truly believe that whatever transpires is exactly what is needed for the highest good of all involved.
Every now and then someone schedules a session and decides that I will need to say something specific before they will believe that the conversation is really taking place. This creates a really strong energy block and stifles the conversation. I've learned to end these sessions immediately because they are so physically draining for me. If you are that skeptical then this type of session is not for you.
If you still have questions, email me. It's better to answer your questions before we start (because then there's more time for the connection to take place).
