How to be present

Your physical body is designed to live in the present moment.

You can only take one breath at a time.

You can not store your breath for the future, nor can you access past breath for any sort of shortness or deficit.

This is the anchor of life and, in turn, the only pace we suggest you try to keep up with is inhale, exhale, repeat. When things begin to feel crazy, go on and pretend you’re in control of breathing and say “I need to breath now.” It will immediately bring you back to the steady stream of life force within you.
